Student Cancellations
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we ask that at least 48 hours' notice be provided. With sufficient notice, we will make every effort to arrange a rescheduled lesson, subject to teacher and studio availability. Because rescheduled lessons depend on available openings, we cannot guarantee that an alternate lesson time will always be available.

If a suitable rescheduled lesson cannot be arranged, the missed lesson will be charged at the current lesson rate.

Rescheduled Lessons

Rescheduled lessons may be taught by a different instructor and may not be with the student's primary teacher.

Same-Day Online Lessons

If you are unable to attend your lesson in person but are available at your regularly scheduled lesson time, you may request to switch your lesson to an online lesson instead of cancelling.
